Who is Flex Exam for?
Any CSWO Foundations - Self-Paced student who wants to write their final exam on their own schedule instead of waiting for the next scheduled exam period (October, January, April, or July).
Can I use Flex Exam for a retake?
No, Flex Exam covers your first exam attempt only. If a retake is needed, you'll write it during the next scheduled exam period as usual.
What does the final exam actually involve?
The final exam has two parts. Part A is a written knowledge assessment covering the course material, weighted toward the legal and provincial pieces you'll need as a working officiant... you need a score of 80% or higher to pass. Part B is the practical piece: you'll write and perform a full wedding ceremony based on a scenario, and it's graded on a simple pass or needs-revision basis. You need to pass both parts to graduate and move forward with your CIMM ordination.
How long until I get my results?
You'll receive your results within 10 business days of the exam period closing. If you pass, your certificate and CIMM eligibility letter follow within a week after that.
